The company has also recently purchased a warehouse/flex building at 42 Cindy Lane in Ocean Township, New Jersey.
In reference to the sale of the Days Inn by Wyndham East Windsor, company president Carey Tajfel says, “We thank all of our patrons and guests for 29 years of business. Our decision to sell the Days Inn was based on wanting to upgrade our hotel portfolio and expand our real estate ventures. We have many happy memories and have forged deep ties within the East Windsor area, and these ties will only strengthen as we continue to operate the nearby Holiday Inn East Windsor and our corporate offices for Hotels Unlimited and TFE Properties.”
The purchase of 42 Cindy Lane is the first warehouse/flex building for TFE Properties with the company portfolio now including all segments of the real estate sector: hotels, retail space, office space, self-storage, multi-family, and warehouse. “We’re excited to expand into this new category, and we’re proud to have an exceptional, every-growing portfolio in all asset categories,” said Carey Tajfel.
42 Cindy Lane, a 30,230 sq ft single-story building, was built in 1989 and is situated on a 5.08-acre lot. It is fully occupied, and tenants include Cooper Electric and KMSCO, Inc. The building is conveniently located near Routes 35, 18, 33 and the Garden State Parkway, and is less than 3 miles from the site of the new 100,000 sq ft Amazon Fulfillment Center.
