Facelift and New Features Planned for Coming Months
Woodbridge, New Jersey (10/29/2013) – The Tajfel Group, based in East Windsor, NJ, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the office suite complex located at 900 Route 9 in Woodbridge, NJ.
The new owners plan to add value to the building over the next four to five months through upgrades and aesthetic enhancements, including interior common area renovations and an exterior overhaul. Office space is currently available for lease at the complex, which is located at the crossroads of the major central New Jersey thoroughfares of Route 9, Garden State Parkway, and the NJ Turnpike.
Carey Tajfel, President of The Tajfel Group, is confident that the revamped office suite complex will be a strong competitor in the area’s thriving commercial real estate market. “The building is in need of a facelift,” he says, “but we already have a good mix of tenants, and the tenant spaces show nicely. The office suite complex will be rebranded as 900 on Nine. In addition to exterior renovations, improvements are planned for the building’s common areas including the hallways, bathrooms, lobby, and café. The plans include upgraded amenities and clean, modern new design elements.
Mr. Tajfel has recently worked with Woodbridge Township on the redevelopment of the retail shopping center at 789 St Georges Avenue. He is pleased with their progress attracting tenants to the retail site thus far, and says this experience assured him that the Township is amenable to working with developers on well-planned, strategic commercial projects.
